Running, but not really

Training had been kicking my butt lately. Except not really.

After thanksgiving, my exercise routine bit the dust and I’m still struggling to get it back on track. It got cold, I got sick, it gets dark too early. All that fun stuff.

While I still have a deep cough, I do want to try to at least walk. I’ve got a couple 5k and 10k races that I’ve already registered for for this year. And that relay for the marathon, I probably will be the weak link, but I don’t want to be.

Anyone have some good motivation you can share with me?
