WB: Get Moving
And we’re back with the Writer’s Block tips.
Did going outside not get the results you hoped for? Don’t give up! I have more ideas for you, sometimes one thing works once, but not again. Sometimes you have to combine multiple strategies to get the results you desire. It’s all up to what works, or doesn’t, for you.
Today’s tip is to get moving. MOVE people.
Go outside and run. Or walk. Go to the gym and take that Zumba class. Or yoga. Take a swim, ride your bike, play tag with your kids. Anything that gets your body moving.
I personally like walking or running. It’s a simple movement that I don’t have to really focus on what I’m doing. It allows me to just let my mind wander. Or completely zone out. And that’s important when you have Writer’s Block. You need some time to let your brain rest and take a break.
